Wow, this just keeps getting better and better!
As before, wonderful writing and the story really took another turn towards even getting better. I loved all the turns, even the ones not so unforeseeable, and how Diana and Samkiel worked in this book together and also all the new characters being added.
But this book also seems like a lot like a filler to get more background, see different POVs and overall just understand more what is going on in all the different part of the group.
Summary of book #3:
Diana hides all of them with the help of the fate. Through a lot of diffeent POV, we also here what is happening to the other parts of the “family” and also what Isiaah and Kaden are doing, even some POVs by Nismera. It is revealed that they are all children from Unir, but only Samkiel is the real born one. So Unir kept them hidden and that is why they mainly want revenge.
Also the eye is revealed to be some of the old gods and they free Xavier from the mind control.
In one of the big scenes at the end, Samkiel actually gets his power back, kills Kaden, takes Isaah as a prisoner and they prepare to fight the rest. But “Death” brings Kaden back and also reveals some of his plans / future to Fate, which he forgets again.
