The Carrow Haunt

I just love Darcy Coates. This was probably my favorite book by her so far.

I love her writing because it's good, clean horror. She's descriptive, but not gory.

You know how when you're really into a book & it plays like a movie in your mind? Yeah, her books always capture my attention and do that to me. This book completely creeped me out at a certain point. I was reading it at night, waiting on my husband to get home and I was really jumpy since I was reading this. Something in my attic creaked and I almost shit myself. I LOVE reading horror stories that can do that to me. Once everything got rolling in this book, I was on the edge of my seat the rest of the time.
