Somehow Sanderson always succeeds in creating a likeable character with personal problems in the first book, only for them to become a God and spectacularly save the world in the third book. It works every single time. Additionally, the continuous world-building and expansion of the Cosmere is awesome. I can't wait for all these books to come together, and I am more hyped than ever for the final entry in Mistborn era 2.
