This book wasn't good. Was not good.

It was a complete mess. The story was bland and Alex irritated me so bad.... It felt like I was stuck in. B rate movie.

I won't spoil it for you but I literally don't need much to enjoy a book but this one was painful

1.5. Had a lot of potential. Def a fast-paced read. Disjointed execution, ridiculous ending caused by annoying af friends. Seriously the friends and side characters are the worst. Not over how one character said “yeah but what i face on twitter is worse” like um?? Just have empathy instead of trying to one-up someone.

Oh and good reporters shouldn't bribe. Alex did. So she's just a true crime fan and wannabe reporter with no journalistic ethics.
