Cozy mystery where the HOA is run by vampires, lycans, witches, and more. The community is full of other paranormal beings, but our newest resident and FMC is human thrown into this world and first on scene to a murder.
It's cozy, so not graphic at all really, and her love interest is clumsy and cute. It is a really interesting world and I'd totally read more about this housing community haha.
