The Anatomy of Being

A collection of poems with the occasional gem but otherwise riddled with attempts to force wisdom into the pages where she didn't have any. Also “sine wave heartbeat”?? It felt like she was trying too hard to throw science at everyone. I did love the structure of the book and the intro to each chapter but her metaphors. I don't regret reading this although I did spend too much for this book. Still it was nice to finally see the source of so manu quoted works on tumblr and this is only her debut work. There seems to be a lot of potential here that needs editting.
