Picked this up on Kindle sale. It's a short-and-sweet little follow-up to The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up; if you enjoyed that book, you might want to do as I did, and read this one a year or two later in order to refresh your memory and rekindle your commitment to decluttering.
I did appreciate the illustrations, especially the ones showing how exactly to fold clothing (a detail that stumped me about the first book) – though, let's be honest, I will probably still not do it. The full price seems a bit high to me, but if you see it on sale or at the library (and if, like me, you find Kondo's quirky obsessiveness / animism charming rather than exasperating), I think it's worth picking up.
