This one is my favorite of the series so far. It's funny, engaging, and it felt over-the-top without trying too hard. Sad that there's only one left!
Cool and weird! Lemony Snicket is just my cool, weird, MG jam. This one made me feel slightly like I was forgetting stuff from the last 2 books, but overall I dug it and look forward to the FINAL INSTALLMENT.
like a character out of vfd, i stayed up well past bedtime to finish this book. this series gets better with each book! it's great to read about all these spunky kids trying to save the town. the stakes are higher this time, the mysteries darker. and oh my god, even more ties to a series of unfortunate events means more feels. by the end i was screaming with how much everything has escalated. #vfdfeels
