From the first sentence, I just wasn't connecting with this book. It sucks, because I liked the first two books in Study and I liked the first Glass book. Opal is acting too naive for me and trusting the bad guy at every turn. AND it feels like he is being treated as a potential love interest– even though he pretty much raped her.
Like... the torture I think could be overcome with time, changes between the two of them, and redemption of him, but at this point? No and I can't forgive how he had sex in the last book. I just can't.
And the little bit I read was feeling so repetitive.
