Short summary: a librarian who lives a simple, boring life crosses paths with a smexy man at a masquerade party and sparks fly, but little does she know where it will lead. Running for her life, the FMC is funny, caring and way more street smart than she appears. Chasing her down, the MMC is hot, rich, alpha and deeper than he first appears. The book builds her up while it tears him down, in the best way possible. Their chemistry is off the charts and smexy time is fan yourself hot. Great read that had me cheering for both of them and I will be impatiently waiting for book 2!! I love a book series, but I also hate them, cliffies are the worst! LOL. Mainly because I am going to lose it until I know what happens next!! FYI: I received an advanced review copy for free, but I'm totally leaving this review of my own free will, I'd never write a review because someone told me I had too!!!
