Seriously, I love Jeeves & Wooster. If you've watched the BBC series, this storyline will be very familiar, but there's added detail in the book that didn't make it in the show (including a scene with Gussie on the roof xD). Always a joy!
We used to listen to these books on road trips so I and the kids remember them fondly. Aunt Dahlias comparison of Bertie and Atila the Hun had me laughing almost to the point where all I could make were squeeky noises. If you haven't read any of these, this and others are available on gutenberg.org for free.

Jeeves is the valet to rich and idle Bertie Wooster. Jeeves is extremely clever, described by author P. G. Wodehouse as “a walking Encyclopedia Britannica.” Wooster, as Jeeves' boss, is both pompous and unaware of Jeeves' true worth. It's the wonderful, deferential relationship between the servant and his master that sparks the comedy in the story.
Completely delightful.
Wow. This story is like a Greek tragedy for poor Bertie! He really should have known better. 😂
This was my first Wooster/Jeeves book, and I am hooked. Now I just need to get all the rest!
