Honestly insane just how well they capture the voice of Rick and Morty. Like the mannerisms and the way they speak is perfect it’s rare I can read a comic and hear the characters from the show it’s based on in my head. The highlight of this comic is definitely the 4th chapter which is by far the funniest and most interesting (even if it makes both Morty and Rick kinda unlikeable). On the bright side it does clearly differentiate them from the main show which is interesting. The entire comic does a fantastic job of capturing the soul of each character and while the adventures aren’t too interesting they’re fun enough. The bonus short stories are also pretty fun as they add a bit more depth to each of the family who aren’t Rick and Morty, but they’re nothing too interesting or amazing. The best one is the Morty Rick one which is actually kinda funny and is possibly tall Morty from tales from the citadel?
I enjoyed this, although it feels like I missed something around chapter four and it seemed to disconnect from the previous chapters.
