Ready Player One

Short Review: This is a very good, fun, young adult science fiction book that should be read by people that don't like science fiction or young adult. It is 2044 and the world is falling apart, but mostly people do not care because they live their lives primarily in the Oasis (an immersive online world). Kids go to school there, adults work there, everyone escapes there. But the creator of the Oasis died and created a game, and the winner inherits all of his money and the company. What will make it enjoyable to many is that the entire book (and the game) revolves around the 1980s culture that the game creator loved.
