Radiance

This book was recommended to me and while I found the synopsis interesting, I was a bit hesitant... enemies to lovers can go so wrong, especially when they are forced to marry one another, and I didn't want to dislike this. Let me straighten this situation out in case you have the same concerns: This is a slow burn romance!! The leads are honest with each other and respect one another building a strong relationship before they even consider if their partnership might become more.

I could probably go on just on the romance, but I'll stop here and let you all just go enjoy it.

The characters are all so rich. There are flaws, good and bad sides, and GROWTH! People change every day, characters are allowed to as well and it comes through here. These characters feel real.
The story and writing got me hooked as well– I'm already waiting for the next installment to come in at the library.

The only slightly negative thing I have to say is I didn't quite understand the setting or the world. That might be on me though! I understood the basics, but I feel like there is much more there that I missed.

Look, if you like romance and fantasy go pick this one up!! I'm looking forward to reading the next book and reading more by this author. New favorite book!!
