Fantastic book based on facts and numbers rather than subjective oppinion. In a time filled with shallow assessments of reality it is fundamental to base our assumptions on truth and facts. Great read!
An easy read for the type of person who likes to browse Wikipedia for entertainment.
A bit brief on each topic, but some interesting revelations can be made when you start to quantitatively break things down.
I'm glad that the epilogue clarified that this was, essentially, a collection of blog posts, because it has the thematic cohesion of a collection of blog posts. None of them individually was earth-shattering or revelatory, but as a whole it was a bit of a disorienting mess of points.
I wanted to read this book hoping to at least pick up some ‘fun facts' but I'm not sure I've even done that.
