Steve Martin writes about his experiences in the movies and doing standup and cartoonist. Harry Bliss illustrates Martin's stories. Steve Martin is not only a clever comedian but he is also a clever writer.
$30 (or $18.95 on the Zon) is a lot to pay for a mildly entertaining but not hilarious graphic memoir with little depth that can be read in less time than it takes to watch an episode of The Office online. I loved this book. The few personal stories were worth the whole book. It only took me an hour to read and that was because there were funny things to look for in many panels. It's mainly one-panel comics printed on one side of the page. Worth it. I took 3 screenshots for a quick cheer-up if I wasn't near the book.
