A very moving, emotional book. While it is important to highlight the plight of refugees and their treatment I found the book a slow read and found it hard to become engaged with the author. While I was shocked and saddened by Behrouz's plight I didn't enjoy the writing style which prevented me from rating it any higher. An important book but unfortunately not one that I became fully engaged in.
