No Beauties or Monsters

An interesting mix of mystery, sci-fi, and horror that doesn't completely deliver in any of those spheres. I like an unreliable narrator and there was some great psychological suspense, but I spent a lot of this book having no idea where it was going. It did wrap up nicely, if at a break-neck pace.
