Nightcrawling

This was hard to read at times, knowing this was based on a true story of the sexual exploitation of an underage girl in Oakland by the police force.

I massively applaud the author for starting to write this at the age of 17, it's a bold novel and absolutely a story which should be told.

My issue was the writing just felt overdone and meandering at times, and the mid-chapter flashbacks were a bit jarring, but overall definitely worth a read.
