This left me somewhat disappointed despite my initial excitement as a follower of the author. While the concept had promise for a compelling romance, the book fell short with a lack of a coherent plot and underdeveloped characters. The narrative felt non-linear, making it challenging to engage with the storyline. I could see that Madison must have been influenced by Sophie Lark and Elsie Silvers because I could see some similarities.
On a positive note, the curated playlist accompanying the book stood out, providing an enjoyable musical backdrop to the otherwise lackluster narrative of the book.
Damnnn.....I absolutely thought it was a red flag ML and suddenly I feel I need Aleksander in my life.....damnnnn the sweet talk....damnnn the sense of humor....godddd can't wait for Forbidden Game....
