Was this book predictable, campy and ridiculous. Yes it was. But, I knew what I was purchasing when I bought it, and it delivered.

I loved the correspondence between the two main characters, I enjoyed the vampire's best friend.

It lost some marks from me because I thought the plot near the end was rushed. If you are going to try to make a big conflict, I think you should just commit to it. But for something that should have been dramatic, it was sort of just. Lackluster.
