Murder in the Bayou Boneyard

There are so many awful people in this one. I couldn't wait to get to the end of this one to find out how the bad guys get their due. And they did! I was so glad to see how everything turns out for Maggie and the rest of Pelican in this one. There are several twists and turns in this one to get it all sorted out. The solution is a little complicated, but it didn't bother me. I was glad to see how everything turned out for everyone.

This series is by far my favorite cozy mystery series. The books are always well written. The mysteries keep me turning the pages and guessing right until the end. The characters are extremely likable. The setting is fantastic, and you get yummy recipes as a bonus. I can't wait to see what these characters get up to next.

Pretty quick, fun read. Nothing shocking or anything. The killer was pretty easy to guess, but it was still an enjoyable read!
