I found this book in some old stuff of mine and decided to read it. All I can say is: I only liked two or three of the stories. (One I didn't care for much, a tale about an evil gypsy, didn't particularly age well.)
The stories are more creepy than scary, and even my childhood self found them to be mediocre. The art, however... I had nightmares from the pictures as a kid and still find them unnerving.
needed a short book to help me out of this reading slump and I think it worked idk
some stories actually made me gasp so I guess that means it was good. Some stories were lacking though
Cute stories for the younger crowed, I was looking for that scare factor and didn't seem to ever find it.
