Moments of the Heart

Omega Mason Crane thought being Mayor to a small town would be a lot easier than what it is. He has an ex-boyfriend now and no time on his hands balancing his mayoral duties and his job. He promised the citizens of Hartwood Valley that he would keep the Valley the way it is and he is going to keep it.

Five years ago, Alpha Dale Alderton walked out of Mason's life without explanation. Now he is walking back into it with plans to change the Valley. Their first meeting is nothing less than combustible - so much so that they end up locked in a panic room together.

There were scenes in Moments of the Heart (B082VGZ7CG, 2019) that had me chuckling such as the one above written by Anita Therry. The backstory was very good.
