Maithili and the Minotaur: Web of Woe

This was so cute! I bought it to give it away to a children's book club.

It's a cute story about a girl enrolled in a monster school, with Indian themes. Greek mythology references and a lot of ‘show don't tell' going on in this which was very pleasing.

The art is also very cute. There's a bridge of bones, cows on the roads, Mr. Puu (reference to Tamil word Poochandi), Vandriver Hellsing, vampire (aka mosquito) children, electric rackets to electrocute them like we do here with mosquitoes lol.

There's 2 more so I'll read the whole thing and give it away as a gift
