Lovely, Dark, and Deep

I read this book like 2 days ago and I'm already blanking on what to say about it.
It's.... nice. The concept of taking memories by touch is really interesting, but the mechanics don't completely make sense, like why do some people see the memory again when she sees it and some people don't?

They were also really quick to become friends. The romance is a slow-burn which is kind of nice, but it is slow to the point that I don't even know how they will all form.

The ending was definitely a shock to me. That isn't what I saw coming.
But still, I'm not interested enough to keep going. I'm not a huge fan of how things progress or are done. I'm vague here, I know, but I don't want to spoil anything.
