5 STARS! Riley Sager does it again and I think that this is his best one yet!
About: Without giving too much of the plot away, this is about Jules. A girl who gets a job as an apartment sitter at the Bartholomew, one of the high-profile and mysterious buildings in Manhatten. This job comes with many rules, but Jules is desperate and takes it, even if it all seems too good to be true. As Jules gets to know some of the residents, one of the other apartment sitters, Ingrid, goes missing. Jules digs into history about the Bartholomew to try to get some insight on where Ingrid may have gone. Doing so unlocks a lot of new information that should not be found.
Characters: Jules is the main character, told from her POV. I enjoyed Jules, she is a relatable character in many different ways. She isn't the typical girl who gets everything she desires. She is going through some hard times and she is doing what she can to get out of it. She cares about her friends and her family and I think she was a great main character. The other characters were interesting and made the story work in every aspect.
Feelings: I could not put this book down!!!!! I was captivated from the very beginning and I just thought it was so fantastic. I love Riley Sager, he is one of my favorite authors, hands down. This book just solidified that fact. I was so intrigued and HAD to finish it so I could put it all together.
Recommendation: 1000000000% YES! Everyone NEEDS to read this book!
