Started out interested in what was going on – hoping it wouldn't be what it looked like.
Well, now I'm convinced it is what it looked like.

The difficult part of this review is not spoiling what was going on in case someone isn't figuring it out. I will say this though, the problem that unfolds doesn't prove “his whole life is a lie” it is such an over-exaggeration! I would have thought it would be something world shattering and possible involving conspiracy theories. I also was so frustrated with his decision regarding his wife. UGH.

The main character is a bit bland, but he is also a great dad who isn't concerned with rising to the top– he's happy with his life as it is. It is always great to read books without the macho bloodthirsty male– I hope this doesn't change as the book goes on, especially since it is commented on so much.

This is one I think some people will like, but the content might annoy or bother other people.
