Leviathan Wakes

This book was pure caramel corn, action movie fun. The two main characters are both deeply engaging, the dialogue is witty and well-formed, and the pacing is superb. It's a little bit light sci-fi, a little noir, and a little buddy cop all rolled into a tidy volume one. The ending lets it stand alone, but still leaves plenty of room for what happens next.
