Lethal White

While Rowling's detailed, intricate storytelling makes for an incredibly wonderful fantasy series it doesn't work as well in a thriller/mystery novel.

There feels like there are so many characters and subplots happening that everything begins to get confusing. It all wraps up nicely in the end somehow, but I would have to retrace in some places to get a reminder of who was who or what was what.

I think I keep reading these because I really love Robin and Strike and the will they won't they relationship they've got.
