Second in the series—which I didn't know was a series. Oops.
A quick read and a fun setting in the North Carolina mountains. The local touches were fun, such as going to an Ingles grocery store, but I felt that two hours from Atlanta was a very optimistic drive time! It was pleasant to find a solid sense of setting in this book
The action was pretty intense and the relationship between the two was well portrayed. It definitely kept me turning pages, though, to see if the home was going to survive the bad guys.
