This was my first Sarah Dessen book and I promise you, will not be the last.
I don't have much to say about this partly, because I waited too long to write the review :/ So, I'll make this review quick.
I loved everything about it. The characters are flawed and unique and feel so real. I was able to connect to them and it made me that much more invested in the book. I swear I read this in one sitting. I didn't want to put it down, which doesn't happen to me with contemporary very often.
So real, so gripping, yet fun– I smiled a few times, but I also flat-out cried: a few tears streamed down my face throughout the whole ending from sadness to happiness.
If you haven't read this book and you like contemporary, get on it! This is one I will be recommending to others.
