Jennie Baxter Journalist

This was a fun story with a woman protagonist. Jennie is really too smart, and everything comes her way just a tad too easily, but the book is a lot of fun even if it isn't always strictly believable. I read it fairly quickly.
My edition is the original edition and has about eight neat old illustrations.
