Bite-sized chapters makes this an easy book to digest
Being indistractable is a bold claim for someone to suggest. Funnily enough, I became distracted with other books while reading this one. The format: bite-sized chapters that made it so easy to consume also made it easy to drop it. But that could also be a good thing. It just means that this is a book you can pick up and jump straight to the section which deals with the challenge you're facing.
Having read other works on this topic, I think this is a practical and useful resource but don't expect this to go in depth.
