In a Dark, Dark Room and Other Scary Stories

I used to absolutely love this book when i was a kid. I've been trying for years to remember the name of it, and i just stumbled across it on amazon. all i could remember was the story about the girl with the ribbon around her neck. it was my favorite story for the longest time.
