If It Bleeds

Mr. Harrigan's Phone - A good Twilight Zone type story. The Life of Chuck - Part one was eerie and wild and then the second part just flopped for me. I don't know how it related to the first part. Did I miss something? If It Bleeds - The whole reason I read this collection and it did not disappoint. Rat - Another Twilight Zone story. Full of tension, teetering on madness.
