Huntress

Cerena is one of the few female characters I've read who doesn't blink twice about having to kill something. She's willing, able, and doesn't split hairs about it.
I really liked reading this one and the story was interesting for the most part. The setting is also cool – futuristic dystopian, but fantasy as well because the gods are involved in the survival of the human race. Although, considering her family and where she came from, I don't understand fully one of the bigger reveals.
Unfortunately, I'm not totally sold on the romance here. Everything around the romance happens super abruptly and seemingly out of nowhere.
