So much yes.

I find Roxane Gay's writing to be comforting no matter what the topic, but here I was saddened and angered by what she has endured and kept hidden. I want to be her friend and help somehow. Weird, I know. There was so much pain here, but she tackles everything head on. She doesn't allow herself to hide behind anything and oh my how brave she is to release all those demons all in one book.
