Great little book with thoughts and meditations on relaxing. Includes a few good tips on meditating.
I really liked this one. It's short, sweet, with no fluff. It has a lot of good things to think about, and simple exercises to do.
I'm not a relaxed person, but I'm trying to be. This book helped.
