How to Love Your Elf

3-3.5 stars at best this time around. I'm trying to have fun with it, but wow the insta-love and expectation of insta-trust is absurd. “You have 3 days to tell me your highly guarded secret that only 5 other people in the world know. How dare you not tell me!!” Because yeah telling someone you've known for three days totally makes sense...
It is popcorn, mind junk. The writing style is kind of addictive, evidence by how I just can't seem to stop reading them, but wow absolutely ridiculous.

So, heads up in case you don't know, this is the fourth book in the series. Now, you don't need to read the other books to understand this one, but it will help you with the background stuff and the other main characters are present and talked about.

My feelings about this one? I liked it. I don't know if I'll ever like the rest of the books as much as I liked book 1, but this was a fun ride away from reality. It almost had a Robin Hood feel to it, which I'm can't help but like. I also like how magic is played out here and the overarching plot/bad guy situation doesn't feel dragged out nor do the books feel episodic, which can happen. So, yeah, I like how this series is going and I am sooooo looking forward to the next book! I've been looking forward to the next couple's book since book 2 ^_^
