How to Brew

There is so much information in packed in this book! It doesnt answer all of my questions, but it has definitely helped me with my first home brew, which is sitting in the fermenter right now. Hopefully all went well. What would be more fun than cracking open one of my own brews while reading or writing reviews?

The right combination of science and practical advice. Plenty of recipes. It can seem intimidating at parts, but the author is very clear that things generally work out, even if not exactly like you had planned.
