History is All You Left Me

This book tore my heart out in a way that hundreds of other books have failed to do. Not sure if it pushed the right (or wrong) buttons for something deep in my psyche, or if Adam Silvera is really that gifted an author. Not something I would want to re-read (I was literally in tears from from first page to last) but good lord, was it powerful. I hope to G0d they don't make a movie out of it because that would just destroy me.

BTW, I'm a 50+ year old married mom of two young adults, not a teenager. And the book still resonated with me more than many books written with middle aged main characters.
