High Desert Hideaway

A solid thriller (not so much mystery) which kept me turning pages easily. There were only a couple “stupid” moments but otherwise I was fully invested in the actions the characters took to try to escape the bad guys. Having the story be between an office worker and a just-got-off-undercover-work officer was a refreshing twist and I'll be interested in reading more from this author.
