I can't really pass judgement on this because the font size, in the only edition I could find, was too small for my eyes to handle (god, that makes me feel old). For the record, I made it to chapter 4 before the migraine defeated me...

I'll wait until the kindle edition makes it across the Atlantic before trying again...

Eh. Didn't love the blatant misogyny, fatphobia, or other issues and just didn't find it all that engaging otherwise either.

I really liked this! Shorter and lighter, fun, with a happy ending!

I enjoyed reading this book about trying to make a new life back home. I especially like Linda's observations about her relatives and other Islanders.
