I feel like I've sinned for saying this but- it was okay. I didn't like it as much as the first and it certainly took me longer to get through.

To be fairly honest, I was pretty bored throughout the entire first half of the book. I don't really know why it wasn't really vibing with me, but nothing interesting was happening and I didn't really care about what was going on.

I liked the characters in this book, but they didn't stand out to me as much in this one. Maybe it's because I'd already been introduced to them all, but they didn't seem interesting. I was honestly much more interested in Tom Riddle and Draco Malfoy, which is kind of terrible to say, but it's the honest truth.

I will say, I definitely remembered less of this movie than the first one, so it did make the book a little more interesting because I didn't necessarily know what was coming up next. Not only that, but a lot of my predictions weren't true, so kudos to J.K. Rowling for that.

Ultimately, I was a little disappointed in this one (I'm so sorry, please don't hurt me), but I'm definitely continuing on!

I also fear that I just may not be as interested in it because it's a middle-grade book so the characters are younger? I don't know. We'll see what happens.
