This is not how group therapy should work, but it makes for interesting reading.

When I started, I was not a fan & had expected that getting through this would be a chore. However, as the book progressed, I find it far more relatable than I had expected.

I 100% should have DNFed this one but I was reading it for a monthly tbr challenge and just liked it less and less as it continued. I was not expecting it to be so focused on romance and such, and as a romance-repulsed and sex-repulsed aroace, I couldn't vibe with that and skimmed most of those sections cause I wasn't enjoying it. Overall, I though the concept behind the story (having a group and therapist to talk to saving your life) was going to be more of a focus and it didn't seem that way to me.
