From Blood and Ash

05/02/2022: this one also had the paranormal plot twist, which makes me wonder - is that the new direction fantasy is going in?

the story was okay. too many descriptions, found the first person “chosen one”, i'm-not-like-other-girls story arc boring though i'm sorry .. idt the f.m.c. stood out in any way?? mmc was another “bad boy but not really” type (if i recall)their interactions were entertaining enough when it happened .... yenno, the story could've been cut waaayyy down. also, i appreciate the author wanting to add a layer of complexity to the world, but it just made things confusing tbh ..

changing my rating from 3 to 2 to represent my initial 2.5/5
