Freshwater

It seems odd to say that a book with so much grief and fear and anger was good, but for me, it was. It was transcending. I didn't get the full religious experience so many people are talking about and it wasn't even the best book I've read this year (4 days into the new year), but I found it to be thoughtful and heartfelt. I did have to start over two chapters in because I kept turning pages without really reading what was there, but once I got into the story I was there. I did find parts slow in some places, but overall I'm glad I picked this one up.
