Sudah lama sekali gk baca genre suspense. Yang pernah kucoba dulu cuma Sidney Sheldon. Ini mencoba romantic suspense.
Kara seorang jurnalis investigasi (disebut I-Team) di sebuah koran. Penyelidikannya membuat dia pernah mewawancarai seorang senator, Reece. Berkat ajakan teman kerjanya, dia berkenalan lebih lanjut dengan Reece. Suatu penyelidikan dari sumber yg terpercaya membawanya untuk terkait dgn senator tersebut.
Karena termasuk romantic suspense ya ada adegan intimnya... Dan itu capital h o t. Menarik kan suspense novel with steamy romance? sayang untuk dilewatkan.
Hanya saja ada 1 yg membuat aku gk nyaman, pergantian POV nya tdk dipisah. Suatu saat sedang dlm POV Kara, tiba2 lompat ke POV Reece. Itu saja sih, ceritanya lumayan, alurnya juga gampang dimengerti & adegan intimnya wow sukses biki kipas2...
