Quite interesting but unfortunately too macro imho. This book doesn't challenge enough the status quo about meetings, and doesn't propose enough solutions to cure the problem they might cause.

A good read that doesn't waver from the theme. However, you're better of finding a good workshop preparation article to list out all the effective workshop techniques.
